El Changarro: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Bensalem, PA

Wow wow wow, I love it here. It’s so much more than just a supermarket. In the back, there’s a restaurant and let me tell you, the food is delicious. I’ve had the birria tacos, sopes de pollo, nachos con frijoles negros y crema, plus the guacamole and chips, and everything has been amazing. I also love their agua de Jamaica. My partner has tried the regular tacos, guacamole and chips, churros, and sodas, and he’s loved everything he’s had. I’ve also tried their hot chocolate, which was so warm and tasty. I go there a couple of times every month because it’s just that good. They also sell bracelets and accessories, which is such a cute touch. Honestly, they have it all. You really just have to go inside and see for yourself. The people who work there are so sweet and welcoming. I’m from Colombia, and every time I go, it feels like home. I feel relaxed and comfortable, and I love that they have two huge TVs playing movies, sports, or novelas.

Near the casino, very convenient, I love coming here and get some groceries that we don’t get in regular supermarkets, I had some tacos they were amazing. The kitchen looks really nice and clean and the staff is really friendly and nice, truly recommended better than fast food

My niece turned my mother on to this place. I'm back in the area for the first time in several years and my mother recommended it to me. First of all, the atmosphere is awesome. It's kind of like a Hispanic Cracker Barrrel, in the sense that there is a little Bodega in the front that you can buy some stuff and even play foosball, but then in the back is the main restaurant. The staff is ultra friendly and really great for talking over the menu and getting suggestions. The food is as good or better than the food I had in Mexico and Puerto Rico, I'm not even kidding. And I'm the foodie. If you like anything Hispanic and you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to come here!!! I am easily coming back here, probably tomorrow

modest authentic mexican cafe. very varied menu, tasty and large food plates entrance is a store that looks more like a supermarket with a large selection of piñatas, hats, pareos, souvenirs and everything in between

Very authentic, very friendly, family owned. Best chicken sandwich but all the food was delicious. Can't wait to come back! They have 2 sided menu 1-10 dollars and 10 to 20 dollars

Authentic Mexican food. All well prepared of each item. Nicely seasoned and portions are large compared to other establishments. Drinks are made with original ingredients and taste tells it. Service is quick and friendly and price is excellent compared to other places. You must eat at this place.

I have been eating at this place for 10 years. The food is consistent. The ingredients are always fresh. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone who works here are kind welcoming people.
